Masumi Headwear doubles down on its mission of empowerment, providing free hats and exclusive discounts to cancer charities and hospitals worldwide.
Following its landmark retail expansion into John Lewis, the luxury headwear brand goes global—donating free bamboo and organic cotton headwear to breast cancer patients across the United States.
A New Chapter in Global Patient Support
Following a successful decade of empowering individuals, luxury headwear specialist Masumi Headwear has announced its further expansion into the United States through a dedicated new partnership with National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The collaboration marks a major step forward in Masumi’s global mission to support people navigating the emotional and physical complexities of medical hair loss. To launch the partnership, Masumi Headwear has donated an initial 200 free luxury hats to be distributed directly to breast cancer patients through NBCF’s HOPE Kit® Program, ensuring they receive immediate comfort and style during their treatment journeys.
“Helping and supporting people through this incredibly difficult journey is at the absolute heart of why Masumi exists. Hair loss is a profoundly challenging experience. Providing premium, beautifully designed headwear isn’t just about comfort—it is vital for helping women feel like themselves again, restoring their confidence, and helping them step back into society with dignity.” — Ali Nowroozi, Founder of Masumi Headwear
Comfort by Design: Meeting Patient Needs Worldwide
Known for its meticulous craftsmanship and commitment to premium materials, Masumi’s designs are specifically tailored to sensitive scalps. The pieces distributed through National Breast Cancer Foundation feature double-layer construction, lightweight breathability, and ultra-soft, sustainable fabrics such as organic bamboo, cotton, and exquisite Italian prints.
By prioritizing both physical comfort and high-fashion aesthetics, Masumi aims to replace generic “cover-ups” with elegant accessories that celebrate personal style.
