We can supply you with everything available on our website and should be able to post them to you to your doorstep. At Masumi Headwear we are committed to ensuring everything is handled in a safe manner and our team is following all the guild-lines set by the government to ensure the safety of everyone. The returns have been extended to 90 days due to the outbreak.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer.

Return of Goods:
Any returns should be sent back within 30 days from the date of the invoice. However we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our orders, so if you are not happy with your headwear, no question is asked, and you can return it at any time you wish!

Can I go and try my headwear on at the salon?
YES, YOU CAN! We distribute our headwear worldwide so you can find your local salon at our stockist page and by entering your postcode or city name, you shall find your local salon, where you can make an appointment and go and try your beautiful Masuimi Headwear.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! Simply select the option at the checkout & put all the info in the ‘note’ section for us. The gift wrapping and greeting note are absolutely free.
