What is your return policy?

Any returns should be sent back within 30 days from the date of the invoice. But we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our orders. So, if you are unhappy with your chemo hat no question is asked, and you can return it at any time you wish! The return address is 5 River Road, Suite 320, Wilton, Connecticut 06897. We recommend returning your goods recorded delivery with a tracking number. Please state your full contact details, with the invoice number and contact number. This is so we can arrange your refund accordingly. A full refund will be granted for any unwanted goods. Within 7 days after receiving the goods to your bank account. Please note that we will not refund to you the original delivery or the costs you incur in returning the item to us.
