How do I wash my chemo hat?

There are two options for washing your Masumi Kids Chemo Hats. We recommend either putting your headwear on a gentle wash in the washing machine. Or, to hand wash. Also, we recommend air drying your chemo hats. Instructions: use cold water and a gentle fabric softener. Carefully run in the solution. Then, once clean, either put it on a rack dryer, or place it onto a towel and allow it to air dry. This will make sure you don’t get any heat damage or loss of jewels. Plus, it will allow your hats to stay in great condition for as long as possible.

A ceaseless enthusiasm drives Masumi Headwear, thanks to its incredibly devoted team. Our founder, Ali Nowroozi works in collaboration with the University of Salford. Through this partnership, he recruits many bright students. Together they craft and innovate. Our dedication has led to our close-knit team reaching a global community. Ali launched the business back in 2015. Before, he worked in the wig industry for 11 years. Whilst doing so, he realized the vulnerability of cancer patients. Back then, he only saw unexciting headwear designs, solely for practicality. Ali desired to create a superior alternative. Hence, the idea to launch a range of fashionable headwear materialized. Losing hair loss to cancer is a personal story to Ali, who takes enormous inspiration from his wife, Anna. At age 14, she had a diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma. Thus, they both understand how hair loss knocks confidence and leaves emotional scars.

What is your return policy?

All returns should be sent back within 30 days from the date of the invoice. But we promise 100% satisfaction with our orders. So, if you are not content with your chemo hat, no question is asked, and you can return it at any time you wish! The return address is 5 River Road, Suite 320, Wilton, Connecticut 06897. We advise returning your goods via recorded delivery with a tracking number. Please state your full contact details, with the invoice number and contact number. This is for us to arrange your refund accordingly. A full refund will be granted for any unwanted goods. Within 7 days after receiving the goods to your bank account. Please note that we will not refund the original delivery or the costs you incur in returning the item to us.
