There are two ways to wash your alopecia chemo headwear. We recommend either putting your headwear on a gentle wash in the washing machine. Or, to hand wash. Also, we recommend air drying your alopecia cancer headwear. Instructions: use cold water and a gentle fabric softener. Gently run in the solution. Then, once clean, either put it on a rack dryer or place it onto a towel and allow it to air dry. This will ensure you don’t get any heat damage or loss of gems. Plus, it will allow your alopecia hats to stay in excellent condition for as long as possible.

You have the choice to pay later, giving you 14 days or 30 days from order shipment to pay for products. You don’t need an account! Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping in the US for orders over $85. For orders below $85, we charge a small fee of $4.26 (UPS Standard Service 3-7 working days). The UPS Standard 2-5 working days costs $10.72. Our UPS Expedited service costs $21.50 and takes 1-2 working days. Plus, for an extra 10% off, enter the discount code VIPMASUMI10 when making your order. To reclaim our gesture of appreciation first select your desired headwear. Then, choose the color and quantity and add to your basket. Go to your basket, apply VIPMASUMI10 into the coupon code box. What is your return policy?

Any returns ought to be sent back within 30 days from the date of the invoice. But we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our orders. So, if you are not content with your headwear purchase, no question is asked, and you can return it at any time you wish! The return address is 5 River Road, Suite 320, Wilton, Connecticut 06897. We recommend returning your goods recorded delivery with a tracking number. Please state your full contact details, with the invoice number and contact number. This is so we can arrange your refund accordingly. A full refund will be granted for any unwanted goods. Within 7 days after receiving the goods to your bank account. Please note that we will not refund to you the original delivery or the costs you incur in returning the item to us.
