What is your return policy?

All returns should be sent back within 30 days from the time of the invoice. But, even so, we promise 100% satisfaction with our orders. So, if you are not happy with your Masumi chemo beanie, no question is asked, and you can return it at any time you wish! The return address is 5 River Road, Suite 320, Wilton, Connecticut 06897. We recommend returning your goods via recorded delivery with a tracking number. Please state your full contact details, with the invoice number and contact number. This is for us to arrange your refund accordingly. Afterwards, a complete refund will be granted for any unwanted goods. Within 7 days after receiving the goods to your bank account. Please note that we will not refund the original delivery or the costs you incur in returning the item to us.
