There are two options for washing your soft hats. We recommend either putting your headwear on a gentle wash in the washing machine. Or, to hand wash. Also, we recommend air drying your headwear. Instructions: use cold water and a gentle fabric softener. Gently run in the solution. Then, once clean, either put it on a rack dryer or place it onto a towel and allow it to air dry. This will ensure you don’t get any heat damage or loss of gems. Plus, it will allow your chemo hats to stay in great condition for as long as possible.

What is your return policy?

Any returns should be sent back within 30 days from the date of the invoice. But we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our orders. So, if you are not happy with your chemo hat no question is asked, and you can return it at any time you wish! The return address is 5 River Road, Suite 320, Wilton, Connecticut 06897. We recommend returning your goods recorded delivery with a tracking number. Please state your full contact details, with the invoice number and contact number. This is so we can arrange your refund accordingly. A full refund will be granted for any unwanted goods. Within 7 days after receiving the goods to your bank account. Please note that we will not refund to you the original delivery or the costs you incur in returning the item to us.
